Short version: we collect as little as possible, we never sell it, and you can leave any time.
What we collect
Waitlist / newsletter: your email address, only after you confirm it (double opt-in). Used to send you the emails you asked for, nothing else.
Applications: the name, email and answers you choose to share, used to assess fit and reply to you.
Analytics: privacy-friendly, cookie-less page analytics (aggregate visits, no personal profiles, no cross-site tracking).
Where it lives
Email and application data is processed via Resend (email delivery) and hosted with Vercel (website infrastructure), both under GDPR-compliant data processing terms. We are based in Spain; your rights under the GDPR apply in full.
Your rights
Access, correction, export, deletion: email hello@joinshift7.com and it gets handled by a human. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link that works on the first click.
Cookies
No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no consent-banner theater. If that ever changes, this page changes first and we'll ask properly.
