Winning Streak
Twelve weeks to install what the retreat opened: the system, the streak, the weekly rhythm. The integration engine.

Villa Flow · Chiclana, Cádiz · small groups
A mindset reset on the coast of Cádiz. Surf, training, coaching, real food, deep work, a small group. You arrive with a full head and leave with a working system.
Your environment is coaching you all day.
For five days, we make it coach you well.
Most behavior change fails at home because home keeps voting for the old you: the same desk, the same fridge, the same notifications. A retreat is not an escape from real life. It is a controlled environment where new behavior gets its first honest chance, and where you design the version that survives the flight home.

Day 1
Land, slow down, and take the current-state photograph: what is actually happening in your weeks, and what keeps returning. The threshold ritual: what you are leaving behind, what you are willing to confront.
Day 2
The stories behind the patterns. What you make things mean, which identity keeps being rehearsed, and what evidence a different one would need.
Day 3
Routines, environment, energy, calendar. You rebuild the machinery of an ordinary week, on paper and in practice, with individual coaching woven through.
Day 4
The ocean day. Physical challenge, nature, decisions made while moving. Clarity loves motion, and Cádiz provides the motion.
Day 5
The part most retreats skip. Your operating plan for the first day back, the first week back, the first bad week back. Who supports it, when you review it. The retreat ends; the system continues.

Day 4, in practice
Clarity loves motion.
Boards on the grass, the van loaded, the Atlantic twenty minutes away. Some decisions refuse to be made at a desk; they come loose in salt water and on the walk back. That is not a break from the work. On day four, it is the work.
A white Andalusian house ten minutes from the beaches of Chiclana: Atlantic light, a garden that ends in string lights, a pool for slow mornings, a table people linger at, records instead of televisions. Not a seminar hotel. A home that happens to be very good at changing people.
You sleep well, you eat real food, you train if you want to, and you think more clearly by day two. The house does half the coaching. The full house tour comes with your booking; some things are better kept for the people actually coming.

Who it's for
A reset, not a rescue.
You don't come here because you're broken. You come because you run hard, and recovery is part of performance. Founders, leaders and professionals who want five days to recharge the body, quiet the noise, and rebuild the system they run on. Mornings that start with training or the ocean, days with real coaching, evenings at a long table under string lights.
Five days can open a shift; they cannot sustain one alone. That is not a flaw, it is how behavior works, and we design for it. Day 5 builds your integration plan, and most people continue with one of two paths.
The retreat opens the shift. The system keeps it moving.
A few editions per year
Five days, a small group of six to eight, a full program: the seven shifts, training, surf, real food, coaching woven through every day. The shared-energy version; most people start here.
Group · 5 days · from €2,450 all-in
One or two people at a time
Live at the villa for a week or two. Daily one-on-one work with Floris, training together, your own room and rhythm, the coast on your doorstep. The deepest version of SHIFT7 that exists.
Private · from €5,000 a week · year-round
Both run on the same method and both end with an integration plan. Say which one you mean in your application, or say “not sure” and talk it through with Floris.
Five days, the seven shifts at working pace, individual coaching woven through, and an integration plan you leave with. The ocean is included; the phone mostly is not.
A question before you apply? WhatsApp Floris directly. Faster to ask than to wonder.
Tell Floris where you are and what five serious days should move. Groups stay small and hand-picked, which is exactly why they work.
